DubaiJob Descriptions (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Looking for Captain (Brazil Cuisine) for a 5* pre-opening luxury hotel As Captain (Brazil Cuisine), you will be responsible to supervise and assist in the service of a quality food & beverage product to customers. To answer guest requests and resolve guest problems Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Upselling and identification of additional revenue opportunities. Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures. Maintain positive teamwork at all times. Accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests. Allocate tasks to the team to ensure all duties carried out thoroughly and on time. Coach existing team members. Conduct Training for employees. Perfect knowledge of the standards. Be able to prepare requested reports. To perform additional duties within F&B department. Perform duties in the absence of Manager and Assistant Manager. Requirements: Previous customer related experience required Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent grooming standards Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations Ability to work on your own and as part of a team Knowledge of the local area 1 years experience in similar positions and customer service is preferred Skills Required MICROS System Internet Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: AED 2,000 monthly Accommodation: Provided Transport: Provided Annual Paid Leave: Provided Employment Visa: Provided Flight Tickets: Provided Medical Insurance: Provided
