Primary Responsibilities In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence Create and maintain paper and electronic files Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates Assist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviews Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contracts Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations Exhibit professionalism with clients Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Required Qualifications Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience 3+ years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Preferred Qualifications Associate degree, Bachelor's degree preferred Why HDR At HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's also about what you do and how you do it.
