As a FieldCore intern you will partner with the cross functional teams to build and execute world-class projects, programs and solutions. You will provide full service support in the areas of building business/market cases for novel solutions with consideration for the growth of our company and ever-changing market dynamics. Essential Function Interact with customers, government agencies, and other functions for customer pre-qualification and project planning requirements Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to determine site entry statuses for active field employees Recommend innovative solutions and process improvements across multiple areas to increase efficiency and productivity Track incident management and report to regional EHS and field operations leadership Monitor the EHS training system, provide course updates when applicable, and report technical problems with course content Conduct data mining for EHS events and training and create reports during required time periods and/or as needed Coordinate occupational clinic corporate accounts for job sites, including but not limited to respirator fit testing, DOT physicals, and post-accident screenings Process and coordinate medical payments Issue and renew insurance certificates Maintain EHS training records for all employees Collect and report training statistics for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as upon request Compile data for annual EHS survey reports Input global EHS event data including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, audits, safety observations, near misses, vehicle accidents, and internal/external awards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements University degree in course of completion in Engineering (Chemical, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Software, Systems, EHS) Open to current students who will be returning to their in-class studies upon the completion of the work term.
