Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Supporting the Chairman of Clinical Departments in aspects of the operational management. • Use clinical knowledge and expertise to facilitate the development and monitoring of Key Performance indicators • Develop and monitor the compliance to key performance indicators including access/waiting time, and quality standards • To provide expertise, support, training and advice in compliance to Corporate and departmental Clinical Governance standards. • Provide advice on patient safety, clinical risk and clinical governance issues to all staff as required. • Develop amongst all staff an understanding and appreciation of the Hospital and Department targets and business objectives. • Partake in Corporate Committees and/or service improvement projects where necessary • Assist in resolving complaints / concerns that are relayed from the Patient and Visitor Centre in line with the Corporate Policy. Job Requirements and Qualifications: • Master’s in Healthcare/Business Management or equivalent level clinical degree • Evidence of continuous clinical management / professional development. • 5 years experience of management in acute healthcare. • Detailed Knowledge of Clinical Governance standards • Essential to be fluent in written and oral English / Arabic Beneficial • Proficient IT skills with high level of competency in Microsoft office.

Dubai -AED4,500 - AED5,000 a monthMedcare Women and Children Dubai - is hiring an experienced and passionate Anesthesia Technician to join the team at Medcare.General Purpose: Assist the anesthesia care provider with acquiring, preparing and use of equipment, supplies, and medications during the administration of anesthesia. Assist with special procedures and provide support in anesthesia for routine and complex surgical cases. Functions under supervision of the licensed anesthesia care provider designated by the client facility.Essential Functions: Provides anesthesia technician services to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed anesthesia care provider designated by the client facility, in accordance with state regulations.Cleans, sterilizes, disinfects, orders/stocks and maintains routine anesthesia equipment and supplies.Maintain anesthesia medications, supplies and equipment according to needs and schedules.Cleans, organizes and maintains anesthesia workroom, supplies and equipment.Prepare and maintain patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems pre, intra and post anesthesia.Perform basic trouble shooting for monitors and equipment and reports defective equipment and equipment malfunctions appropriately/immediately.Maintain established departmental policies, procedures, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control standards.Documents and maintains preventative maintenance and quality records.Assists with transport of patients and laboratory specimens as necessary.Responsible for performing tasks that are within the scope of his/her educational preparation, knowledge.Certain units and settings, require special training, skills and proven competency, in addition to the usual skills of the Anesthesia Technician.
