Dubai -We are looking for a smart and presentable Sales and Marketing person who have an experience in organizing an Exhibitions, Conference and Events or have worked in the same industry. A person that will be lookingafter every aspect of exhibition planning, marketing, organisation and administration.Key Duties and Responsibilities;Develop new business opportunity in order to drive income into the company and to achieve the monthly and yearly target.Target the market throughout different existing channels and propose new channels NOT limited to exhibition stand only.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaApproach all clients within exhibitor list in different ways and maintain an updated feedback at all times with details explanation on the client status.Maintain and professional business relationship with all existing client and ensure to approach them for all their shows on time.Maintain and updated client data base sheet with all required details.Arrange meetings with potential clients and gather their entire project brief requirement.Liaise with design department by providing the needed information and monitor the design progress to ensure it’s as per client expectation.Fully responsible in preparing and submitting the needed official documents for all approved projects like approved quotation, LPO signed and stamp as per Creative Channel standard.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.Support account department in payment collection whenever a payment is overdue or requested.Liaise with all departments for any approval or material document required from the client side.Attend all client mock up and note down all needed action and follow up the needed with the concern department and keep in touch with the client during the buildup stage and attend client visit to the site especially on the last day of buildup.Attend show opening hours as a support for all client needs.Visit on going exhibitions and approach client for future business even if Creative Channel has no attendance within the show.Meet all company deadlines and policies.Comply with all department reports (daily reports, weekly reports etc.).Available to work on weekends, public holidays if requested by the Director.Collaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.Other Job Requirements;Planning exhibition hall layouts and activities programme such as workshops, seminars and demonstrationsResearching suitable venues and ensuring all necessary equipment is availableSelling stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitorsSeeking and securing sponsorshipArranging insurance cover and ensuring legal, health and safety requirements are adhered toCoordinating caterers, stand designers and equipment hireOrganising car parking facilities, security, first aid and cateringPromoting the event and organising the production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales brochuresSupervising the dismantling and removal of stands.Qualifications and Skills;Must have at least 4 years and above experience in Exhibition, Conference and Events and Industry.Must knowledge and skills in organizing an exhibition, conference and events.Must have existing database and clients not only for exhibitions.Track record in delivering and exceeding sales targetsAbsolute understanding of the sales processStrong understanding of the content of each exhibition and eventCommitted to teamwork and account resultsStrong motivation and a positive approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunitiesStrong, day to day, client management skills and ability to keep promisesPassionate customer focused attitudeStrong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presentingStrong negotiation and rapport building skillsIdea generator, self-motivated and ability to think outside the boxConfidence in presenting exhibition related information to clientsAbility to cope with competing demands, to prioritize tasks and to manage time effectivelyStrong organizational skillsA positive attitude to dealing with peopleCapable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutionsWillingness to work extra hours to complete tasks and meet goals and targetsWillingness to go the extra mile to support the team, the customer and the eventAbility to travel outside the UAE if requested by top management.Can speak Arabic, Mandarin, is a plus but not required.Having a valid UAE Driving license is a must.Salary will be discussed during interview.To Apply please send your cv at (marketing.creativechannel @ gmail.com)Goodluck!Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Sales Marketing and Business Development: 4 years (Preferred)
