You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of large IT projects and solutions covering event launches, stakeholder management, systems integration and Cyber Security. You must ensure the successful delivery of projects by applying best practices to achieve on time, on budget delivery of the intended business benefits. Skills Needed: Minimum 8 years of project management experience within a project-based IT environment, with a good experience to industry standard Project Management and Development Life Cycles, Agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Lean, etc.) Must have experience delivering solutions across major events and exhibitions such as: EXPO, Olympics, World Cups. Dubai -About the Role Duties and responsibilities will include: • Being versed in rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education and ensure compliance during admission process • Maintaining an accurate record of all places available at the school and an up to date waiting list that details students who wish to be enrolled and has passed any necessary placement tests • Meeting with prospective parents; explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees structures and MOE regulations • Undertake regular surveys of new parent views on enrolment process and other subjects of relevance. • Arranging placement tests, as required, and ensuring files are complete to proceed to the Admissions Committee for review • Organize parent/community events in order to engage parents in school activities and celebrations and support the school’s parent engagement activities. • Management and continual development of the school communication channels, such as newsletters, to ensure the school’s parent population is fully aware of the school's activities as a key driver of customer/student retention. About You You will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a front of house or customer service role. You will have secretarial and computer skills at a professional level and will be an advanced user of Microsoft Office. You will have excellent presentation skills and will be able to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in an effective, professional and timely manner.
