Managing of Execution work, Execution team, material required in the project and supervision of Industrial equipment foundation, Erection and installation of the Equipment as per project drawing and specification, Hospital Project, High Rise Building, Commercial Building, Plant Building, Warehouses and Villas project from starting to finishing stage. Proficient in executing contract agreement activities from start and to the completion of the project. Comparing of Project B.O.Q. with Project Drawing and Specification for preparing the time claim and variation order (V.O’s) Arranging project time schedule and provide to our project execution team and monitoring the work as per provided project time schedule periodically. Conducting meeting with our execution team and checking the progress, manpower and material requirement for project everyday end of the day and plan for the next day. Arranging material submission, material approval and material request for procurement dept. to procure material for the project as per contract drawing specification and planning schedule. Looking Quality of Job and checking the drawing if found any missing information Prepare Request for Information (RFI) to get the confirmation or information on time before start such activity. Expertise in handling the project independently. Dealing with the Client & Consultant. Dealing with municipalities and other government departments. Sub-Contractor supervision and material control. Follow up with site supervion team to prepare field inspection request and material inspection request on time. Maintaining the HSE standard as per the Client, Consultant and Government specification.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
