Sector/Organization Overview: OneMD / MISSA: MISSA geography covers Maghreb (Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco), Iran, and Sub-saharan Africa. The total NTS is ca. $54MM: Approximately $16MM in SSA, ca. $10.5MM in Maghreb, and ca. $28MM in Iran. The product portfolio is wide, including virtually all Ethicon products, virtually all Depuy-Synthes products, and virtually all BSW products. Duties and Responsibilities: Setting the GTM strategy for Iran and Maghreb; Setting up BP, KPI’s, and leading the teams and distributors to deliver vs. the agreed targets; Provide leadership and coaching to the BDM, CM, and Demand Generation teams; Enforce strict compliance with US OFAC rules and regulations regarding Iran; and drive HCC in all countries; Collaborate with and lead the broader MISSA Team to facilitate and enable business results delivery vs. the agreed targets; Manage P&L, distributor relationships, and “joint business plans” with distributors; Travel requirement are approximately 40% of the time. Main performance measures (Performance Goals) Financial targets delivery; Long-term strategy development; Delivery against core “input KPI’s” (e.g. # of physicians trained, amount of net revenue from NPI’s, sales-force-effectiveness measures, etc.); Team-building and development; Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver vs. the agreed business targets. Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher; At least 15 years of work experience, primarily in ”commercial” roles. Experience in healthcare is mandatory, experience in medical devices is preferred. Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of French, Arabic, Persian/Farsi strong plus. Location: Preferred location is Dubai - but locations close to Maghreb would also be considered. Aftermarket Sales Engineer - Volvo Trucks - Al Futtaim FAMCO - Al Alin The main purpose of this role will be to sell all aftermarket products represented by the Volvo Truck & Bus Division. The position will spend 80% of the time in the field and requires daily contacts with customers. This role will be permanently based in Al Ain area Description of the Accountability - Direct- Sales of spare parts, workshop services and other Aftermarket products. Maintains an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns Conducts regular customer with occasional visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings.
