Job Level: B4 Location:EXD Line Manager: Marwa Ramadan – CCL Manager Gulf Dealine: July 18, 2019 Job Purpose: Acts as the point of contact for all 8 Mars Wrigley distributor partners in all 4 Lower Gulf (LG) countries (Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait) and the internal stakeholders (Market Development Leaders, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Logistics) to ensure the right In-market product availability & service in timely manner. Main contributor to the transformational projects for Lower Gulf markets (Alliance phase 1 & 2, CMOS, Qatar RTM projects & VL initiatives). Key Responsibilities: Deployment and order creation of dispatch plans to Lower Gulf markets with the proper phasing and truck utilization based on hub and In market stock availability. Effective & Timely end-to-end Stock reconciliation process on periodic basis for all MWC categories Prepare and lead Quality Service feeders to ensure the Right Market availability & Service Prepare and lead Risk Management & Mitigation Plans follow up to ensure In-market product availability Control product freshness to minimize product NQC in GAC hub & LG Markets Full visibility on Supply Chain KPIs (CF, Availability, Stock Mix, Phasing, Arrivals & WH freshness) which enables decision making and action planning Context & Scope: Daily Interaction with the internal & external stakeholders to provide the needed customer service levels.
