To be responsible for the achievement and regular review of the business plan and budget. This should also include the control of staff wage costs in relation to productivity and efficiency.To work closely with the Executive Team in the preparation of Spa/Fitness marketing plans for the year.To coordinate all promotional plans and projects for the facility. To provide leadership, direction and support to the employees of the Spa/Fitness and to develop a highly motivated team who can deliver high standards of service in all areas.Works collaboratively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Build an open and trustful environment where everyone's opinion is share and value. Judicial Clerk - Mehan Talent Acquisition Services-Dubai
Dubai -Responsibility: To draft judgements for local judges through reviewing the case briefs and submissions on file for the case, consulting with the judge and finalize in discussion with the Judge. To arrange to publish the judgement summaries along with final verdict on cases. To conduct legal research on the clarifications raised by the judges and provide response on judges. To provide assistance to judges / judicial officers on editing work on judgements, articles and any other judicial documents. To prepare presentations on the legal research conducted as advised by judges To provide any other administrative support to the Judges, Judicial Officer and registry functions as and when needed Other duties as and when required: Drafting and implementing Practice Directions and Guidance Notes to ensure efficiency and consistency in the way that cases are dealt with by the court Assisting in the enforcement of cases Preparing for Hearings and case management Facilitating alternative dispute resolution Appeals: considering any applications for permission to appeal Requirements Post Graduate Degree preferably in Law.
