Dubai -Responsibility: To draft judgements for local judges through reviewing the case briefs and submissions on file for the case, consulting with the judge and finalize in discussion with the Judge. To arrange to publish the judgement summaries along with final verdict on cases. To conduct legal research on the clarifications raised by the judges and provide response on judges. To provide assistance to judges / judicial officers on editing work on judgements, articles and any other judicial documents. The Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) will play an important role in championing a global strategy for our global construction practice.
