DubaiInsurance Coordinator Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Insurance Coordinator for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Review medical invoices and records in order to assure specificity of diagnoses, procedures and appropriate reimbursement for hospital and professional charges
• Abstract information from medical records following established methods and procedures
• Sequence the diagnoses and procedures using coding guidelines
• Coordinate with external cooperation partners if needed
• Evaluate for potential fraud and abuse
• Provide swift and easy to understand response to the client/provider
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical claim management in Singapore
• Coding experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any field;
• Medical degree such as Medicine and Nursing is preferred
• Profound medical know how and expertise through work experience in American healthcare/ health insurance setup
• Proficient in the language of English
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Very good interpersonal skills, organizational talent and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while being eager to learn and absorb information quickly in a fast-paced and international environment
• Strong level of customer service orientation and therefor excellent communication etiquette
• Ability to step out of the box , analyse current situations critically to figure out central issues.
