Manages the relationship with Cigna’s Third Party Suppliers ensuring performance to agreed service levels, ensuring customer and client satisfaction and driving Continuous Improvement through both the Partner teams and the Cigna Operational Teams to improve customer experience. As part of the Operational leadership group, also serves as a functional leader providing guidance and expertise across the broader team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads the overall relationship between Third Party Supplier and Cigna Middle East Oversees performance to ensure delivery Will be accountable to drive & deliver Service Levels Monitors and measure the SLA Bonuses & Penalties as per the contracts Drives and delivers superior service with in-depth data analytics and understanding of business operations Active engagement with the SCM team in contracts terms negotiation for the SOW Facilitation and ownership of Supplier Internal & External audits Works closely with Cigna Information Protection to ensure adherence Coordinates with counterparts in Global Operations Teams Participates in projects representing Operations – globally and locally Participates in ongoing efforts to identify and resolve global root cause drivers of issues and/or stakeholder dissatisfaction Communicates to management any issues adversely affecting the productivity, quality or output to key stakeholder groups Reports and interprets performance metrics to management Lead Coordinate and partner with the Operational leadership and the business to analyze & design new / improved business processes which will align with future strategies. Lead, coordinate and partner with the business to implement new / improved business processes, organizations and systems EXPERIENCE / LEADERSHIP: At least 8-10 years of experience in an insurance operations delivery environment, health insurance preferred Demonstrated ability to manage third party relationships with a partnership approach Self-directed and capable of leading a team of professionals, either as a direct manager or as a cross department or organizational team leader Maintains a positive working relationship with teammates, peers and matrix partners Continually strive to improve their own skills and competencies by demonstrating initiative to participate in ongoing coaching and training programs Demonstrated ability to drive results required Focus our organizations and processes to be customer centric and high-performance Be a positive role model QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from a reputed university Holds a Project Management Certification or equivalent Working knowledge of Agile Project Management, certification preferable Proven Operational/ Healthcare leadership experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as listening and conflict resolution skills Ability to provide clear direction to team members, using sound judgment and know when to involve management in the decision making process Ability to define and resolve complex claims issues, resolve multiple problems throughout the day and be able to recommend a resolution for each problem Knowledge of operational management and process/ operational controls Highly organized, able to multi-task and handle high priority issues while working independently Technology savvy. Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications. Dubai -Job details Provide professional nail, hand and feet treatments such as basic manicure/pedicure, Gel polish, hand massages and nails' treatments (Paraffin and Almond) in accordance with SOP'. Use emery boards, clippers and scissors to clean, file, trim and sculpt nails into requested shape and Apply top, bottom and finishing coats in addition to Decorating. Respect Punctuality and follow the schedule / Line up in order to ensure prompt attendance to appointments and perform meticulous services within the appropriate time assigned for each. Examine and evaluate the condition and appearance of nails by conducting client consultation using the theappropriate form to identify any allergies/ health issues before performing a service and to provide proper advice for a nail. Comply with all safety procedures and techniques for performing nail services and maintain high sterilization standards and hygiene according to the law and health and safety. Ensure complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while an enlightening guest. Actively promote and upsell the treatments, services and retail, as well as the newsletter promotions. Follows SOP's for quality service and municipality regulations. Report to Supervisor/ team Leader regarding any occurrences involving damaged equipment/ incidents. Perform inventory and restocking assignments in work stations. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests and complaints by guests ensuring complete customer. Sustain existing clientele record and aim at building a potential customer database. Attend mandatory training scheduled by the company.
