About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Team Leader to join Engineering Department in Jumeirah Living WTCR. The mainduties and responsibilities of this role: To manage and organize the shift in order to perform smooth operation. To carry inspections on equipment and report any problem. To carry out repairs, maintenance and installation to all related plants and equipment. To identify and recognize strengths and weaknesses of colleagues and address the development opportunities. To perform Technicians appraisals and performance reviews on time. To advise Management promptly of any problems on failures. To ensure safe working conditions for self, colleagues and report to Management any unsafe working conditions. To use mechanical/electrical testing equipment and instruments. Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering departmental policies, processes and procedures. Coordinate contractors and service providers.
