Job Description:

DubaiRole Profile: Prepare business planning and pre-season forecasting of sales and margin; Maintain gross profit on purchases and/or net profit on sales in line with overall business expectations. The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to: Assist with business planning and forecasting of sales, subsequently accountable for sales / margin measurement. Managing sales and margin data and provide daily / Weekly reports. Plan OTB in terms stock and intake requirement to meet the budgeted sales plan, highlight the actual receipts vs planned inbound if any major discrepancies Develop relationships with internal/ external contacts, and assess appropriate and critical information (where applicable). Identification /plan promotional events, and deliver in consultation with Operations and VM`s. Coach and monitor performance of merchandise team within brand team. Supervise their activities, maintaining brand and latest fashion trend awareness. Pro-actively utilise available software/ systems and identify improvements / requirements for further action. Manage / maintain sales and margin reports accuracy. Knowledge: English speaking essential. Good level of secondary education. Experience: One year of experience as assistant merchandiser or similar role. Retail business Skills: IT Literate especially Excel Power BI/understanding on excel data models. power Pivots will be an added advantage.
