Job Description:

DubaiKG2 EARLY YEARS TEACHER This position requires someone specifically experienced with teaching the 5 to 6 year olds or older (early primary: year 1 – 2). This candidate should ideally have the experience of working with either the British or American curriculum in Dubai. KG2 classes are typically the graduating class and they need someone who can work with the children to get them ready for their assessments for the primary years. Location: Dubai, UAE Work Setting: Private Nursery Salary: Tax Free AED8000-12000 per month Housing: Given as an allowance on top of salary Other benefits: Flights beginning and end of contract Insurance: Medical coverage Bonus: End of Contract Gratuity in accordance with UAE labor law Essential Requirements:  3+ years of experience teaching in an early years setting, particularly with children below the age of 4 o Quality of experience, including reputation of school and scope of responsibilities, will be an important consideration  Fluent in (written and spoken) English (additional language, like French, would be a plus)  Flexibility to work across early years age groups and function as a specialist teacher, as required, teaching children Masterminds programs across different classes  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualification (e.g. Cache)  Excellent range of teaching pedagogies with open mindedness to learning and implementing Masterminds’ pioneering teaching methodologies and approaches  Exceptional relationship and communication skills  Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills  Team working, flexibility and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role  Well organized  Good problem solving skills  Flexibility and creative thinking Please contact your local Edvectus advisor for further details
