The resourceshould be able to write the specs and do the coding. He/ She should have good analytical skills to identifyand fix the issues and gaps in the existing applications. The resource should also be able to verify thecode written by the outsourced partners and assist in implementation.Particularly the resource should be well versed with Oracle PL/SQL Programming, and 10g developersuite (Forms, Reports). Knowledge of Java, J2EE Technology, .Net and ProC* would be an addedadvantage.Person will be responsible for collecting information related to projects and in analyzing the projectstatus against the agreed baselines.Principal Responsibilities1. Software development, enhancements and application support based on business requirementsusing Oracle, PL/SQL, Forms, Pro*C and Reports.2. Knowledge and experience on JAVA, .Net and its components would be an advantage.3. Strong technical skills.4. Strong adherence to project and task deadlines.5.
