Dubai -AED4,000 - AED5,000 a monthPayroll Management.Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.handling Recruitment Process from job requisition till interviewCoordinating induction training to newly hired employees.Assisting with the PRO (Public Relation Officers) with regards to -Employees new work permit/visa applications, knowledge of UAE Labor Law.Residence visa and labor card renewals.Labor Contract Amendments.Outside and inside country labor and immigration cancellations.Quota applications, Trade license yearly renewal, Establishment card renewals, Tenancy contract renewals.Lease agreements and EJARI yearly renewals.Labor Signatory Card amendments.Tracking visa applications through the Ministry of Labor and UAE immigration company logins.Coordinating in the process of group and individual insurance, providing the database of employees with all the required information and documents, updating with addition and deletions with regards to new visa and cancellations.Coordinating with the accounts department for the PRO transactions and payments (Cash and online) and payment clearances (Cash and online).Assisting medical and life insurance related issues, vacation entitlement, attendance, sick leaves, daily task, etc.Any other task assigned by Management or HR Head.*Arabic Speaking only.Prior HR experience in the region is MUST.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.WBS and Labor law Knowledge is MUST.HR related degree will be an advantage.Driving License and Car UAE.Should be in UAE - Dubai -Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED4,000.00 to AED5,000.00 /monthExperience:HR: 2 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)
