Dubai -What will you be doing: Based in the Nexus Abu Dhabi Office, you will provide a day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and our customers by utilising excellent and in-depth knowledge of the products we distribute and internal /external policies and procedures. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Preferably graduate of Nursing or with medical background. • Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager • Hands on experience with office machines • Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures • Proficiency in English • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word • Excellent communication and people skills • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Problem-solving skills.
