Advises clients on risk management, and helps to devise new ways to mitigate risks; listening to clients and prospects' needs and being able to guide them in the selection of insurance products that appropriately deal with these needs. The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring and reporting achievement of objectives related to customer serviceEnsure all staff in the department follow the ethics guidelines while performing their dutiesResponding to query received from the client about the policiesHandling customer complaint and resolve them in timely mannerConducting customer satisfaction survey and analyze the results for taking action for improvement.Raising Corrective Preventive action report for complaint received from client for root cause analysisFollow up for the pending corrective actionsEnsure amendment in policy are done in timely mannerProviding reports to the management as and when requiredKeep all client policy information confidentialFollow ethics guidelines provided by the management all the timePerformed duties assigned by the management time to timeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
