Dubai -- Head of Product - Elaa - About the role: Elaa is the new brand behind our Travel Management business. We have been providing corporate and government travel solutions for a while - now we are digitizing the entire experience as the market is expanding. As a Head of Product at Elaa, you will define the digital experience for our B2B customers, you will build, scale and lead the Product team to take our travel management product online, and create a great user experience for both travellers and agents through desktop and mobile solutions. Your responsibilities: Align, prioritize and evaluate the work of your /product/engineering teams in order to ensure the teams are working in great conditions An expert in user experience, usability, product search, web design, customer journey, online payments, user accounts, post-sales, personalization Research and define the product vision, utilize Multi-variant testing to develop the product road-map and growth opportunities Assess value, develop cases, and stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy About you: 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Management in a highly transactional, fast-paced digital environment Previous experience in business process & workflow design SaaS background preferred Experience building and developing teams In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Creative thinker with a vision Attention to detail Strong Analytical skills BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field You are ready to travel 30% of the time Previous working experience within travel and hospitality domain experience; Hotels, flights, transfers, car hire, travel insurance, airport hotels, parking, lounges is preferred
