Dubai -What you will do The Senior Manager for Key Strategic Accounts is a fundamental role to drive enterprise alignment and engagement across multiple functions and product lines across a multimillion dollar portfolio of key customers. You will deliver a unique value proposition that accelerates growth, penetration and wallet share of maintenance contracts and projects across our Building Controls and Systems, HVAC and Fire & Security lines of business with our most strategic customers operating within the Hospitality industry across the UAE. This is a new role as Johnson Controls continually look at new ways of delivering innovation to our customers. As the Senior Manager for Key Strategic Accounts you will play a key leadership role in the development of new growth strategies and solutions to develop sustainable long term growth for our business. How you will do it As the Senior Manager for Key Strategic Accounts you are responsible for developing a strategy and driving the business relationship across 3-4 key customers operating in the Hospitality industry across the UAE to unlock and deliver revenue growth that exists within their portfolio. You will leverage the expertise and embed a culture of cross functional teaming in the country teams across sales, account management, technology, operations and support to execute and close the opportunities. You will create and become a trusted advisor on these key customers acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. You will lead and coordinate join planning workshops to achieve the sales targets and account goals, motivating all the JCI touchpoints to do the same.
