Ras al-KhaimahOffice Assistant Posted today Job Purpose Provide Administrative support to CCE&CS office Responsibilities & Accountabilities Organize office set-up regularly Greeting, welcoming and assisting guests. Provide refreshments to guests when appropriate. Check/Ensure all office equipment’s such as personal work computer, photocopy machine are ready for use. Assist lecturer in their needs such as: a. print/copy learning materials b. sort/arrange the prepared learning materials. c. delivered/distribute the copy materials when needed. Record training evaluation course in system (data entry). Keeping records of placement tests. Data entry of each project. Assisting in the operation and keeping record of the projects Receive/transfer telephone calls. Perform regular inventory of office supplies. Required Knowledge and Skills Background in Microsoft office (word, excel). Etiquette. Good customer service. Attention to details Fluent in English(Arabic is preferable) Core Competencies Accuracy Outgoing personality Communication Organization skills Required Qualifications & Experience High school or diploma.
