Abu DhabiPermanentAED10,000 - AED20,000 a monthFunctionally reports to· Production Manager and Controls all activities related to the ProductionOperationally reports to· Production ManagerSupervises: · Production ForemenExpected relationships with other department(s)Production DepartmentQC SectionMaintenance & Logistics DepartmentFinance & Administration DepartmentJob Description: Having Complete knowledge of EBAWE Circulation Pallet System Work FlowSupervise the production of all precast concrete elements & hollow core as per sepcifications .Follow up all Equipment's tools & Raw materials in stock for uninterrupted production .Supervise all employees in Production Department and follow up their performance.Prepare Daily, monthly and yearly production reports and submit them to the Production Manager.Coordinate with Planning, Design and stockyard to meet all requirements of Production Schedule and plans.Develop operational programs to coordinate the efforts of workers to maintain the quality of product.Schedule production according to the needs and work requirements.Overseeing the daily operations and make sure its going according to plans.Make sure the procedures for industrial safety & health of employees is as per statutory requirements.Prepare all production method statement as per the production requirements.Coordinate training of workers to ensure the performance of their work effectively.Coordination with the quality and Safety and Occupational health.Coordination with the Q/C & Maintenance department to meet the requirements.Prepare minimum stock for each material according to Project requirements and submit to store to follow up.Follow up all ISO procedures related with Production Department.All related job as assigned by Factory Manager.Educational background:Bachelors degree in Civil EngineeringJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED10,000.00 to AED20,000.00 /monthExperience:Precast industry: 5 years (Preferred)
