We need someone who can join immediately.Preferred: Male applicantsMust have an Oil & Gas experience and engineering knowledge.BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible at some level for buying or approving the acquisition of goods and services needed by the companyDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Precede qualified purchase requisitions, including implementation for Demand / supply plans, and efficiently working with emergency situations.Implementing 100% of RFQ and Orders within system, or equivalent ERP model, working with Bids evaluation and ordering plans on analytical levels, maintain adequate timing.Participate proactively at all customers’ Sales orders review and contribute to commitment decisions’ sessions.Negotiate proactively, to Support 100% Costs and Delivery objectives for ‘one off’ purchases and long term contracts.Participate proactively and contribute to create, maintain and update the Supply Forecast on line with Demand forecast, to ensure 100% of suppliers accountability is been held and, confirming highest implementation and accuracy.Maintain continuous assessment, evaluation and recommend improvements for buying practices to maintain Suppliers’ performance, costs and delivery at acceptable and desired level.Ability to optimize and source new suppliers/vendors dynamically within current and anticipated levels of activities, with full compliance for current rules.Maintain records on supplier performance, and prepare reports as required, held proactive reviewing and alerts for any potential NCRs, Observations, or OFIs.Must understand and comply with all safety rules, Legal, Compliance, quality system and company policies of Drilltech.Perform any other various duties that may be assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job.Ability to work closely with engineering to increase inventory substitution, maintaining better analysis for cost and delivery.Monitor, Maintain and control monthly PPV to be almost zero.Performing Initial and evaluation of suppliers.AUTHORITY: Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.To report any unsafe behaviors to immediate Supervisor, safety representative and for conflicts directly communication to HSEQ Manager.Authority on HSEQ grounds to stop operations or delivery of product on the existence of an immediate risk of harm to personnel or environmental pollution and damage to property.To negotiate prices with suppliersSupplier Selection, planning, Ordering, servicing of manufacturing department requirements.ACCOUNTABILITY: To ensureall materials has been purchased and delivered to the workshop.REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's DegreeExcellent oral and written skills in English language.Proficient in MS Office applications with strong Excel skills.Extensive knowledge of productsStrong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skillsWell organized & a result achiever.Preferably with relevant experience in procuring for a large manufacturing organization, ideally related to the Oil & Gas industry.Ability to evaluate market conditions and various suppliersJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Purchasing: 3 years (Preferred)
