Abu DhabiContractJob Type- Contract Contract Duration- 2 MONTHS Job Responsibilities Maintenance a) Maintenance of all IT system documentation b) Maintenance of Hardware / Software inventories Operation a) Perform installations, general repair, upgrades & maintenance of PCs, servers, printers, network equipment & peripherals b) Advise on areas that require improvement and/or upgrade c) Support local computer room operation IT Support a) Provide first, second and third line support for all IT systems to users b) Provide on site support during business hours and on call support for servers, networks and travelling staff c) For more complex problems, elicits sufficient details of the problem to enable the appropriate escalation path to be identified and involves the appropriate regional team or corporate IT specialist in problem resolution Customer Service a) Liaise with external network/PC consultants and technicians when required b) Liaise with hardware & software vendors c) Provide user training such as PC applications d) Co-ordinate with the regional IT to roll out any IT/IS projects or initiatives Requirement · Minimum 2 years of working experience in front line IT support functions · Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels · Able to work in a multi-national and multi-culture environment · Comprehensive knowledge on computer hardware, software, PABX, LAN and Microsoft OS/technologies · Responsible, organized and professional in handling confidential information · Resourceful and result-oriented Analytical and computer literate
