Dubai -PermanentKare Plus MENA is looking for Market Relations Specialist - Oncology for a USA based company that provides treatment for oncology patients from the Midlle East in the US. Job Responsibilities as a Market Relations Specialist: Identify physician, Insurance Company, Health Authority, Armed Forces and other sources of oncology patient referral opportunities, within the medical fraternity tough desktop research and prospecting. Generate sales opportunities by calling into physician offices and healthcare and other relevant organizations. Call on physicians and other stakeholders in person to promote and sell organizations oncology services. Provide approved information to physicians on company products; deliver branded messages; and execute planned programs. You will also, identify and coordinate speaking opportunities within hospitals and medical associations, with the aim of developing long-term referral relationships. Work with the Director of Clinical Services to compile and agree a marketing and sales plan for achieving quarterly sales targets. Coordinate, implement and build upon company-wide physician and other stakeholder referral strategies and programs, i.e. the Friends and Family program. Participate in health fairs, conventions training programs and other events. Utilize creativity to identify and develop other promotional opportunities and initiatives. Follow-up with physicians and other stakeholder accounts. Serve as liaison between referring stakeholder accounts and organization Communicate feedback to management on customer requests and product promotions. You will track trends, identify opportunities, and recommend Qualifications and skills: Minimum of a BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or a related field. Must have a minimum of five (5) years in sales, business development or related experience. Clinical sales background is highly desirable. Experience with a high-quality consumer brand is highly desirable. Demonstrable computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
