Job Description:

DubaiBaker/Cake Decorator The Buttercup Bakery: We are a community centred bakery in International city, Dubai, that produces premium Cakes and other bakery gifts. Our mission is to bring people joy with every cake and bakery gift we make. We are passionate about building a brand recognised for quality, taste and service. We are looking for an equally passionate, artistic, talented individual to join our team. Our menu includes a variety of Signature cakes, Custom cakes, Cupcakes, Muffins, Cinnamon rolls and Cookies. The right individual: Must have excellent baking and finishing skills.Must have knowledge and experience in producing all menu items from scratch in the highest quality possible.Must be self motivated with a genuine interest in baking and decorating cakes.Must have very good English communication skills to understand customer needs.Must have basic knowledge of food costing and be cost conscious.Must be able to, provide customer service, clean on the go, help order stock.Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritise work load and work well in a timely manner.Must be able to innovate and implement new ideas and have knowledge on how best to cater to the local palate.Must be able to produce small scale as well as larger production.Must be able to wrap and label finished products ready for service and delivery.Must be professional, flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approach.Must strive to continuously learn and develop, the Brand and Self.Must have at least 2 years experience and must be in Dubai. Full-time employment: Salary : AED 2000 + 5% commission on monthly net sales (applicable after probation) Individuals with own visa or on spouse sponsorship and looking for part time work may also apply.
