I am working with a Big 4 firm in Dubai, assisting them to hire a Transaction Services Senior Manager with Financial Services industry focus. The role: As Transaction Services Senior Manager, you will: Lead the practice by setting strategy, drive the development of new business in the market, and provide technical advice across disciplines Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team Take responsibility for management of engagement financials Build strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalise on opportunities to get involved in projects that others are leading across a number of different business units and sectors Identify and discuss key issues with clients to identify potential opportunities Help to grow and develop the team through hands on training and coaching Who we're looking for: Educated to degree level (additional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA desirable) 8+ years relevant experience, including at least 1 year as Transaction Services Senior Manager / AD Deep expertise in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) Prior knowledge and expertise in the Financial Services industry (Banking, Insurance etc) Proven team management and leadership skills Interested?
