Job Description:

DubaiJob details Develop new marketing initiatives to reach targets and business goals Reach monthly targets with extreme marketing initiatives Manage the reception and the team appropriately Attend to patients by assisting them, greeting, welcoming, checking their insurance policies for them, helping out with treatment set up and treatment plan Follow up with new and existing Patients through recalls Evaluate feedback from patients and build on them to better patients experience at the clinic Attend to patient complaints or concerns when the need arises Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Make appointments for patients through call or walk in patients Update appointment and schedule meetings/appointments Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, e mailing etc Arabic is a must Knowledge of Social Media Channels is an advantage Required qualifications MS Office
