Dubai -Apply here: https://Dubai -how.com/jobs-Dubai --uae/#human-resourcesA reputable company is looking for an HR Advisor.Role & responsibilities: Responsible for implementation of Employee Engagement AgendaEnd to end management of HR operational activitiesCollaborate cross functionally on several activitiesManage relationships with employees across all levels of the organizationHR data management and system ownerManage the leaver process and support international transfers transition to the businessSupport HR manager implement HR projectsRoll out Campus recruitment drives and activities and global case studiesLiaise with Global and Regional HR colleaguesLead the on-boarding and orientation program.Ensure training Programs are run as per schedule and plan – all necessary arrangements to be made.Lead the Employee Health insurance plan and Life Insurance PlanHR reporting for Headcount, scorecard & running various required analysis when requiredCo-ordinates induction program (building tour & induction, welcome kit) including on-line PDR process induction, ensure proper orientation – align with relevant functions for induction.Responsible for all admin tasks related to Talent Acquisition including interview scheduling, reference checks, job posting, sending assessments.Producing reports and statistics regarding recruitment and ensuring integrity of the data in the system and that all non-confidential roles are advertised.Working on ad hoc projects as required.Skills and Experiences: High level of interpersonal communication ability engage with leadership at different levels and capacity to withstand pressureStrong presentation skills: ability to conceptualize and convince with data and analysisTrack record of delivery, goal orientation and ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlinesResult oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivatingGood planning and organizational abilityAnalytical skills: ability to define problems, collect details data, analyze and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements.Knowledge and past use of MS Outlook, Word, and ExcelThe business language in RB is English, therefore fluency in this language is essential.
