Dubai -Responsibilities and Duties :Manage routine daily claims administration work.Coordinate with insurance companies for getting daily authorizations and network issues.Manage the overall insurance claims, approval, procedures, denials and receivables.Contact insurance companies for verbal approval for necessary cases. Preparing cost breakdown of procedures prior to sending for approval to respective insurance companies. Previews the pending cases and follows up effectively on a daily basisCheck all the pending, approved and rejected approvals and extensions on a daily basis.Ensure knowledge on deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance amounts, insurance exclusions and other policies of all insurances that the centre is dealing with.Update the Preauthorization approval code received from Insurance Company immediately after receipt.SkillsShould have minimum 2 years' experience handling Medical insurance claims and billingsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize workload whilst sticking to the given deadlines.Ability to multi-task, thrive in a high-pressure environment and work on own initiative.Job Type: Full-time
