Job Summary Assists and supports the HR function of the above property HR function for the Dubai - Continent office including any above property entities across MEA. Also supports the team with handling and resolving Human Resources requests, queries issues. Supports the HR function and leadership with all aspects including payroll, record keeping, data management, recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, administration, compensation & benefits. Candidate Profile The experience, skills and knowledge and education/certification components of the Candidate Profile should be presented as preferences rather than requirements unless an individual would not be hired for the position without these. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for years of experience. Experience Previous experience as an HR Generalist is required. Hands on working knowledge of Marriott HR Systems and processes including PeopleSoft HRMS, myHR, Global Recruitment System, ES Reporting System (including EID set-up, GRS requisitions, PS HRMS recruitment), HR & Payroll systems knowledge. Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint (including spreadsheet creation and validation) essential. Must have excellent spoken and written business comprehension and accurate speed typing with excellent spelling and grammar. Support with contracting and benefit programs. Ensures interview processes adhere to the company standards. Ensures hiring managers complete the interviewer certification process. Manages HR recruitment systems and uses the widest available tools for hiring needs. Supports the onboarding process including the new hire orientation, compliance trainings. Ensures all new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures. Oversees the HR sign off processes and documentation process. Creates and maintains a filing system including e-files. Total Compensation Supports the HR leadership with compensation & benefit administration including status changes and merit increases. Oversees payroll administration and coordinating closely with finance business partners. Supports and monitors payroll changes for associates based across MEA within the above property organization. Administer merit increases. Associate Relations Support the A4A committee where required Support and champion any take care related initiatives. Champion the company’s core values and internal culture. Support with creating internal posters and advertisements for special events and internal communication. Collaborate with the team on any internal communication required. Support with associate performance management processes. Maintain confidentiality of associate records and performance history. Maintain length of service history and oversee service anniversary recognition. Support the office townhalls. Human Resources Operations & Administration Support with the clearance and separation process including final settlement calculations. Oversee the payroll administration process for new hires, status changes and separations. Collaborate closely with the Finance Department. Regularly audit vacation and ticket accruals and ensure accuracy. Support with conducting exit interviews where required. Support the annual engagement survey process. Support creating any letter requests from associates. Process Insurance enrollments & deletions. Create & maintain associate files and records (hard and soft copies). Support with any training enrollments. Manages any associate related queries via email, in person or on the phone. Ensures the safety & security of associates and HR data. Partner with Finance, IT and the payroll provider for system enhancements where required. Support with HR reports. Support with office related training where required. Dubai -Description: Position Summary Conduct provider audits of medical records and perform all related activities. Contribute to developing and maintaining effective and efficient mechanisms to control potential leakage. Record findings and issues and maintain accurate logs in a timely manner. Fundamental Responsibilities & Requirements Travel to providers and conducting onsite medical record audits. Collaborate with regional network audits on training, process, automation, enhancements and quality improvements. Review and analyze of cases within audit criteria. Plan, organize and schedule audit appointments and visits to providers. Collect information and documents supporting audit findings. Prepare and store case files in a safe, secure location as per Aetna policy. Communicate with claims team / vendors on rejection and monitor outcome. Give feedback for issues/concerns.
