About theRole: Anexciting role has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant OutletManager to join Pai Thai Restaurant on leading a high performance team;Responsible for managing all aspects of Outlet within the F&B departmentincluding the selection, development and performance management of colleagues,optimizing profits and increasing sales, manages scheduled shifts and ensuringguest satisfaction. Your keyduties will include: Hands onoperator that lives and leads the perfect guest experience, ensures the teamare set up for success, and is responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager inensuring that all colleagues have full product knowledge. Is anambassador for the brand at all times. Is fullyresponsible and accountable for ensuring that all customers are served as perthe brand standard. Assist the Outlet Manager in continuously growing thebusiness Isresponsible for ensuring that all paper work is kept up to date and filedcorrectly. Isresponsible for ensuring that all cash is safe guarded at all times and thatall paper work is completed in accordance with company policy. Responsiblefor ensuring that all orders are placed in time and in line with businessrequirements. Canconduct an inventory count and input into adaco. Cancomplete daily, weekly and monthly forecast in Outlet Manager’s absence. Worksclosely with OM and TL to develop colleagues and spot stars of tomorrow. Communicatesand logs all maintenance issues and ensures work is carried out. Canconduct a brand audit and communicate the score. Assists the OM in actionplanning. Can fullyunderstand a General Ledger and be able to highlight and investigate anyissues. Monitorsand coaches colleagues to be able to confidently conduct suggestive selling foritems from the menu. In theOutlet Manager’s absence ensures that all complaints are dealt with correctlywithout jeopardising the reputation of the brand. Has fullcontrol of a shift and ensures all brand standards are adhered to at all times. Ensuresproblems are dealt with immediately, with the support of OM. Is ableto make decisions that positively affect the business and the colleague, Isflexible and open to change and discussion. Can fullymanage the pass from FOH and communicate with all people. Supportsthe Outlet Manager in engagement with the team. Coaches and guides team inengaging with each other and colleagues at all times. AboutYou: In orderto be considered for this role you should hold arecognized hotel Degree and at least 3years experienced working in a Restaurant / managing role with standalone/brandedbar/restaurant with a proven track record in working on your way up toyour current position. You mustbe able to interact with all level of colleagues, entry level to seniormanagement, leads by example with strong influencing skills. It isalso essential that you have excellent technical and financial skills aswell as a good command of the English language (verbal and written). Fluency in second language other than English is desirable.
