Dubai -We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our Visual Merchandising Team. Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts to promote retail brands, products and services and maximizing sales through store and window displays. Your key accountabilities will include: Follow up brand visual guidelines/ direction when executing store set-ups; adapting a brand appropriate way when necessary. Identifies and sources props, fabrics, hardware and lighting – in line with approved budget. Work with architectural features of the store to maximize on the available space. Use artistic skills and computer-aided design packages to create visuals and plans. Create Visual Merchandising packs to communicate guidelines to the Store Teams. Carefully assemble or dismantle visual displays in windows or in-store. Maintains product availability and protection by minimizing loss during handling. Regularly visit stores to coach teams on Brand Visual Merchandising guidelines and train them in the execution and maintenance of visual concepts. Prepare weekly report on store displays (including photos and snapshots). Create themes in the store and changes displays to promote new product launches that correspond with store promotions and reflect seasonal or festive themes. Conceptualize visual merchandising strategies and ensure they are properly executed. Seek feedback from Area Managers and Store team on the visual impact of displays and implement changes accordingly. Requirements: As a Visual Merchandiser you will maintain an organized, visually appealing and welcoming store environment. You’ll liase with Brand Management and Marketing teams to create design, themes and plans including window and in-store displays so you will be expected to be creative, imaginative and energetic.
