Dubai -AED3,300 - AED3,500 a monthUrgently looking for ENGINEERING STORE SUPERVISOR fora leading tea manufacturing company in UAE.Nationality: Preferably INDIAN / FILIPINO Age Bracket: Preferably 28 – 35 years old Gender: MALE Educational Attainment: Diploma or Degree in Engineering – Mechanical or Electrical or any relevant fieldsNo. Years of Experience: 4 - 5 years’ experience in handling engineering stores or related warehouse activities or previous experience within Purchasing environment.Certifications/Trainings Needed: Knowledgeable about the CMMS system and can able to identify the different engineering parts; experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing industry, preferably MNC and computer literate.BehavioralQualities/Traits: Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to focus on key objectives and work within specific time frames. Highly organized and action oriented; With confidence to respond positively when under pressure. Team-working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.Responsibility 1: Purchasing Activities. Creates Purchase Order (P.O.) in ERP System and sent to respective supplier as soon as approved by the authorized signatories. Seeks at least three (3) quotations for a certain material as soon as the stock reached the minimum level “re-ordering level” of stock.Work Standards: 1. Procurement of spare parts, equipment, materials local and overseas.2. Process purchase requisition/order, as per required specifications in accordance with company policy and regulations.3. Acquiring at least three (3) quotations/proposals from different suppliers for price and values comparison.4. Establish and negotiating to supplier’s contract terms and condition.5. Maintaining supplier’s database.6. Regular communication to supplier’s for timely delivery of orders.7. Updating and maintaining purchasing records, reports and price lists.8. Coordinating to logistic department for overseas orders.9. Coordinating to accounts department for invoices and payment matters.10. Direct reporting to Engineering Coordinator for the equipment procurement.11. Generating PO’s using ERP & CWORKS system12. Generating PO records and forwarding to Management in weekly basis.13. Entering and monitoring of warranty jobs and follow-up for warranty replacement.14. Constantly outsourcing of suppliers for parts and material requirement.15. Constantly outsourcing of contractors for jobs and services.Responsibility 2: Storekeeping Activities. Receives materials from suppliers as per the purchase orders. Confirms andapproves Delivery Note and Invoices as well as ensure timely preparation, approval and updating and filing of Goods ReceivedNote (GRN) records.Work Standards:1. Store materials according to type and classification - (1) machine wise; and (2) category-wise.2. Generating Goods Receipt Note upon receipt of materials using ERP & CWORKS system3. Updating inventory on CMMS /CWorks system4. Entering and updating of materials using CMMS System to monitor re-ordering level.5. Maintaining stock as per maximum and minimum level.Responsibility 3: Issuance of materials. Ensure Issuance Slip is fully accomplished by the requesting person as well asapproved by the authorized signatories. Encode and update the issuance slip to C-works system in a timely manner.Work Standards: 1. Inspection and receiving of materials as per PO specifications, quality and quantity.2. Auditing the stock quantity and status on quarterly basis and generating report.3. Observe storage recommendation like MSDS/FIFO.4. Labelling of parts and material inside the storeResponsibility 4: Safety Practices Compliance. Compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures and withapplicable technical regulations and safety standards.Work Standard:1. Follow and maintain GMP, ISO, QMS, HACCP, 5-S’ and Work Safety standards.2.
