We are looking for a candidate to supervise and oversee the maintenance activities of the catering units and retail outlets. Key Areas of Responsibilities: Plan, organize and supervise all the maintenance operations, including supervisory responsibilities for hiring and disciplinary actions. Coordinate, assign and direct, daily, weekly and monthly schedules to subordinates. To establish job priorities and timeframes for maintenance staff. Responsible for installing or repair of Electrical/HVAC systems Monitor completion of job assignments through frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and instruction and revise instruction and timeframe as necessary. Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standard and proper safety procedures. Schedule and supervise maintenance activities within the company, including work performed by contractors or sub-contractors within the system. Develop specification and make recommendation on capital equipment purchases. Determine need for outside contractor to be involved in construction projects. Maintain appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installation structural repairs and work orders for each location. Manage maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses. Perform other related task and duties as assigned. Professional Requirements: Diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience. Comprehensive knowledge of current practices and procedures involved in maintenance and repair. Comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used for maintenance and repair. Good knowledge of applicable safety regulations, practices and procedures Ability to work cooperatively, communicate effectively and to maintain effective internal and external customer relations to accomplish job responsibility. Ability to quickly learn and put to use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing information and or technology. Ingenuity and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
