Dubai -We are looking for a fun, energetic and detail-oriented Reservations and Administration Officer to assist our guests with their booking needs, as well as ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.You will act as the point of contact for all guest enquiries, providing various planning and booking services. To be successful, you must have excellent customer service skills, be able to up-sell (where appropriate) and have administration experience.ResponsibilitiesHandle all guest enquiries and assist guests with planning and booking reservations.Checking the availability of tours on the customers’ desired travel dates.Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.Process payments and send the details and confirmation to the guest.Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.Create, manage and consolidate guest lists, as well as staff and tour schedules.Solve any staff/guest issues positively and efficiently.Organize and file important and confidential company documents.Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).Manage office supplies stock and place orders.Experience / SkillsOutstanding experience in handling reservation inquiries, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.Experience working in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.Customer-service experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Data entry experience.Flexible working hours.Profound knowledge of attending to incoming and outgoing calls.Deep knowledge of maintaining cordial relations with all guests.Solid understanding of giving special treatment to VIP guests.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
