Dubai -AED6,000 a monthResponsibilities Making appointments, processing repair Estimates, quotations and invoices. Providing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the workshop. Qualify customer problems and logging them for technicians to review Ensuring customer approval for all corrective work to be carried out Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle Familiar with parts and labor charges. Train and develop the job-related skills of team members to assist improvement in their job performance. * Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations. * Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.Job Specification 7.1. Qualification/ Skills/Experience: a. Mechanical Engineering or Diploma Holder. b. Conceptual and practical knowledge of workshop operations, work flow and processes c. Knowledge of Health and Safety standards. d. Technical Training on German automotive brands – BMW, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes Benz (BMW is the priority) e. Knowledge of BMW mechanical issues, service and general repairs f.
