Carrying out regular checks ( weekly) on the status of servers, storage and from a hardware and software standpoint. Reviewing and standardizing all recovery plans, including process and procedural standards to address routine, backup, redundancy and recovery information . Upgrading backup infrastructure and improving the backup and recovery performance using latest applicable techniques. Performing daily health checks and maintaining desired level of success rate for the backup jobs.
