You are experienced in building relationships with both internal and external business partners. You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail. You are able to creatively and strategically sell, with strong analytical and project management skills You have excellent client service and presentational skills, and strong negotiation. Job Title: Business Support Assistant (Logistics) Level: SC 4 Salary: Starting from AED 12,999.60 per month (inclusive of pension), plus medical insurance and other entitlements. Duration of Employment: 12 months with possibility of extension KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive) Complies with good storage and distribution practices guidelines, according to WFP/WHO rules and regulations, in all warehouse aspects and processes. Performs inventory management tasks with accuracy and integrity during all receipt and shipping procedures, based on ‘First In First Out’ as defined in WFP/UNHRD Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Adheres to accurate and complete accounting and reporting of internal control systems and ensures that all relevant records are properly maintained.
