Dubai -Role Summary: The Commercial Manager will develop winning strategies to close profitable orders for TPS in MENAT. He will lead the quotation (ITO) process to support Sales organization, and will engage with cross-functional teams such as AE, Planning, Fulfillment, Finance and Legal to generate proposals and provide commercial strategy for the Spare Parts, Field Services, and Repairs transactional business pertaining to BHGE installed fleet of turbo-machinery equipment. Essential Responsibilities: Be responsible for all aspects of a proposal development, risk management & mitigation, scope development, transactional pricing, customer communications, and issue resolutionLead Contracts negotiation and partner with Functions (Legal, Finance, Tax, Insurance… ) during proposal preparation and follow-up.Partner with the sales team to increase orders volumeProactively expand BHGE offer by working with colleagues and sales team on upselling opportunitiesWork with project management team and customer to optimize convertibility of quoted service and supplySupport achievement of Commercial Team metrics related to proposal transactionsTake the lead for the bid preparation, bid submission, and complete project handover from Inquiry to Order (ITO) to Order to Remittance (OTR)Visit customers in support of sales and to generate ordersManage opportunities in Deal Machine and ensure orders are processed for recognition Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance from an accredited college or university Minimum 5 years commercial experience in Oil and Gas Services Business Desired Characteristics: Prior experience on bid preparation and contract negotiation for Oil and Gas productsStrong business acumenHigh motivation level, ability to work without supervision, or external motivationIndustry knowledge / competitive landscape understanding at a transactional levelSelf-starter with strong leadership and negotiation skillsExperience in risk management and project management a plusAbility to quickly learn and extract information from multiple data and computer applications (online tools, ERP systems, workflows, spreadsheets, etc.)Proven ability to interact and work well with customers and suppliers.Experience in field services, repairs, or parts business environmentExcellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
