Dubai -To file employee-related documents, answer department telephones, relay messages and distribute information to employeesResponsible for editing documents and presentations, entering and updating employee information into company databases, preparing employment packages, handling benefits information and processing termination paperworkAssist HR staff with specified projects, such as planning company eventsDuties & ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service, both in-person and by telephone; screen and direct telephone calls; take and relay messages; answer questions from employees and the general public regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations relating to human resources management; respond to employment verification requests, salary and benefit surveys, and other requests for informationProvide general clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Division; compose and type letters, memoranda, and other correspondence related to assigned human resources programs and activities; prepare a variety of reports including technical reports and status reports pertaining to human resource management programs and activitiesNotify candidates of application/employment status; prepare certification listsProcess personnel action forms and maintain personnel records to ensure timely performance evaluations and appropriate actionsMaintain personnel records ensuring timely and accurate recordsPerform a variety of general support duties, make copies, maintain calendar of activities, meetings, and various events for assigned colleague; process mail including, receiving, sorting, time stamping, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages; order office suppliesLiaise with the PRO for the visa submission, and cancellationPrepares welcome pack for the new arrivalsAllocate and prepares accommodation for the new joiners (beddings, comforter, pillow, lines, flat and room keys.)Assist new colleague to do Human Resources housekeeping like filling-up all forms, and contract signingCollect original passport, employment visa/tourist visa from the driver or from the colleagueApply the Emirates ID, medical and occupational health card for the colleaguesMaintain the personal file up to dateKeep track for all documents expirationIn-charge for Birthday list of the employeesUpdate colleagues and outlet contact numberCoordinate with the outlets for any documents require approval by the managementCollect the resignation letter signed by the restaurant manager from the supervisorCollect original passport, Emirates ID, DMCC card and medical Insurance card from the resigned colleagueInspect accommodation and submit to Human ResourcesUpdate the accommodation rooming listJob Type: Full-timeExperience:HR and Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
