Dubai -The Role This opportunity is with a large Group of companies involved in diversified businesses across the Middle East and Africa. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing information technology and computer systems. You will build and maintain relationships with other IT and business leaders to understand business needs and provide cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs. You will be evaluating and generating knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and its complication and customizing the respective business area according to the company’s enterprise resource planning needs using Oracle technology. You will be documenting configured data as per their categories in the form of predefined templates, prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios. You will ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. You should identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. You will work with business operations teams to ensure IT change management procedures are followed without impacting business processes. You should ensure that proper training is given to the users and that the system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct. You would also be responsible for testing the behavior of the system and guarantee that the procedures remain usable and consistent in live situation and proposes enhancements. Requirements To be successful, you should have minimum 10+ years of ERP implementation experience; at least one Oracle Net suite end to end implementation. You should possess a technical skill in JavaScript and SuiteScript, have a good understanding of Accounts & cross-module integration within the Automotive sector.
