Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Serves as the point of contact for Team Member, assist and support management with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Advising the Group Human Resources Manager as appropriate.Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with UAE Labour Law and Byblos Hospitality policies and standards.Responsible for processing and carrying out VISA related matters – Employment VISA, Medical Schedule, & Residence VISA for employees as well as entertainers.Ensure all employee records are filed and updated correctly in a timely manner and kept confidential.Monitor and process relevant documents periodically – Trade License, Parking License, Flag License, Establishment Card, Entertainer’s License and Absconding Employees etc.Keep current with changes or amendments to prevailing UAE Labour Law, Human Resources policies and training requirements.Strictly follow Byblos Hospitality policies and procedures, confidentiality and work ethics and adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards.Other duties as assigned.The ideal candidate must have a previous working experience in a similar role in a 4* Hotel environment, preferably inside the country.A “Can do” attitude, able to work well independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment.Result oriented, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail.Ability to think laterally and strong social skills and presence.Demonstrate trust, tact, and confidentiality.Excellent administration and English communication skill is a MUST.
