Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Generates all the periodical reports/data needed to be submitted to the government labor office and social insurance. • Handles all termination procedures and following up on the law suits if available. • Follows up on the attendance system. • Prepares and records overtime hours in order to be added to wages and salaries to eligible employees. • Assists in processing payroll. • Following up the employment contracts and probation period due dates to be send to the concerned manager. • Provides customer service to departments and employees on payroll and personnel related inquiries. • Documents all the human resources department actions. • Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration , law or any other related field. • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel • At least 1 year of experience in HR personnel & Recruitment field. • HR Diploma or certificate is advantage. • Excellent to Very good English Fluency • Multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines. • Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels. • Strong work ethic and team player .
