Dubai -About the Role Job Purpose Responsible for running the group budgeting and forecasting processes and analysis across the group and maintaining the Business Performance Management tool. Key Accountabilities Budgeting and Forecasting Manage the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processPrepare the budget guidelines in coordination with the relevant departmentsCritically analyse budget inputs and highlight deviations to the targets and strategic targetsEnsure inter-departmental coordination in the planning processes and assumptionsOwn and maintain relevant, flexible and accurate modelsEnsure efficient and relevant budget reporting during the processPrepare effective and efficient budget and forecast presentations to the senior management and the boardPrepare periodic driver based rolling forecastsAssist teams in implementing company planning systems and processes in newly acquired businesses Management reporting and analysis Understand the reporting requirements of the business, its key drivers and KPIs and develop useful and relevant reports based on these drivers and KPIs to assist different segments of the businessAnalyse group results in detail to add value to the businessStandardise and maintain KPI definitions and develop common understanding across the businessProvide adhoc reports for management as and when required Systems Run and maintain the Business Performance Management tool in Finance and coach and train teams across the business.Work with IT teams to continuously improve and develop systems in order to ensure accurate and timely reporting Expected Qualifications: Professional qualification in Finance (CA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, MBA or equivalent) Expected Experience: More than 5 years of post-qualification experience Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills: - Corporate Finance knowledge Experience of working with major ERP solutions (Oracle, DAX, SAP) is preferredExperience of implementing or working with a Business Performance Management tool (Hyperion/Cognos/Tagetik) is preferred About your Benefits We offer an excellent remuneration package including a competitive tax free salary, visa, tuition fee concession, medical insurance, annual airfare allowance, 30 days annual leave and end of service gratuity
