They are embarking on an aggressive growth strategy to invest in and set up in-country operations including distribution for their own brands of Pharma and Medical products across multiple countries in Africa.Role OverviewThey are looking for a Sales Administration Manager / Sales Account Manager who will be part of the Management Team and be fully responsible for managing all existing client accounts in terms of sales support, order processing, receivables and ongoing management of client accounts. Currently client accounts exist across Latin America, Africa and select countries in Europe. You are someone with a customer centric mind set, preferably from a pharmaceuticals background and experience in distribution of pharmaceutical / medical devices products across a network of country appointed distributors (channel partners).Reporting to the Head of Commercial your highly-energetic and action-oriented style will help as you facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced environment. Your goal is to drive customer service across your team, ensure timely turn around on all sales orders and requests for quotations and drive growth in business across the client base.You reflect the Group’s values by being Innovative, Accountable, Driven, Collaborative, Proactive, and Customer Obsessed.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Commercial team in attaining monthly & annual targets and meeting the companies objectives in terms customer service and customer retention.Ensure focused and productive communication with new and existing clients.Responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday operation and fulfilment of the company objectives.To facilitate the sales teams activities to maximize their performance and the long-lasting development of the company.End to end management of sales orders and quotationsControl the order placement fulfillment process to help optimizing customer delivery in an economical way;Coordinate with Customers on order requirements, order quantities, pricing and billingForecasting customers’ orders and regularly liaising with customers and documentations representative;Ensure Sales Admin team maintains and updates sales orders status database and issue requested reports weekly/monthly;Act as the Key Account Manager for strategic accountsEnsure that all queries and complaints are responded to in a timely manner.Capture and enrichment of customer data on the Groups CRM platformDesired ExperienceMinimum 5-7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferably dealing with customers in the Africa region and/or Latin American regionAble to work in a team and individuallySales account management / Sales Administration Manager experienceLeading and managing a team of Sales Support / Inside Sales / Sales Admin personnelExcellent communication skills;Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask;Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality;Customer service and obsession with customer happiness is keyFlexible and able to meet deadlines;Experience with CRM - preferably Sales ForceFrench OR Spanish OR Portuguese speaking candidates preferredSalaryAED 15,000 to AED 20,000 per month plus health insurance and flights for SelfJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED15,000.00 to AED20,000.00 /month
