About the role: An exciting role has arisen in the Fitness department for a highly motivated and hardworking individual. The main purpose of this position is to provide a warm welcome and have the ability to meet and greet members and guests and ensure the smooth coordination of all requests from members. Has a good presence with arriving customers and able to serve hotel guests and members according to the sequence of service Deliver consistently high levels of excellence to ensure complete satisfaction of customers. Is able to handle complaints and feedback from customers in a calm and professional manner especially over the telephone. Gathers all information and communicates the issues to management. To have a full understanding of the booking system to manage demand for bookings or appointments. Can confidently take a booking asking all relevant questions. Enhance customer and improve the continuous quality and improvement of service. Has a full understanding and can when asked explain the brand concept, history and vision. Has understanding of the Fitness and Spa industry Is required to be immaculate and presentable and understand the importance of first impressions. Ensures problems are dealt with immediately and proactively with the support of General Manager. Completes all relevant end of day paperwork Is organized both personally and professionally. Is prepared and ready for service. Takes responsibility of own probationary and appraisal paper work as required. Actively engages with colleagues and customers at all times Conduct on jobs trainings for colleagues in the Department To conduct performance reviews and appraisal for direct reports, discuss general performance, existing problems and areas of improvement using Jumeirah competency frameworks.
