Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Supervising the factory maintenance plans. • Manage and follow up the supervision of the restaurant. • Administrative Security Department and follow up security factory. • Follow-up maintenance of plant equipment. • Supervision of fire protection networks, industrial safety and supervision of occupational safety and health. • Management and supervision of the movement and the motorway of the transfer of workers • Supervising the renewal of all types of car licenses and investigating traffic violations • Management and supervision of the movement of employees, either by cars owned by the company or by renting • Worker’s housing contracts, follow-up maintenance of company accidents and settlement of custody. • Editing of criminal and civil and labor records and proceedings as legal representative of the company. • Dealing with the Labor Office, the Social and Health Insurance Authority and all government agencies. • Application of labor law, sanctions regulations and administrative investigations. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • High qualification suitable for graduates preferred rights • Experience of 10 – 12 years • Experience in industrial companies • Knowledge of English • Fluent in using Ms. Office • Experience in dealing with governmental bodies and agencies. • Experience in managing all types of contracts.
